Classical Arabic citation style

Citing a specific text

When citing a specific text from the corpus, cite the original edition and translation, then note that the text was accessed via Raṣāʾif. Example for the Kitāb al-Ṭabīkh:

العزوُ إلى كتابٍ بعينه

من أراد أن يعزوَ إلى نصٍّ مخصوصٍ من نصوص الخزانة، فليستشهدَ بالطبعة العربيّة والترجمة الإنجليزيّة المعتمدتين، ثم يُشير إلى الخزانة. ومثالُه للطبيخ:

شرطُ الانتفاع

برنامجُ الرصائف وواجهتُه مبذولان بموجب رخصة MIT. وأمّا النصوصُ والترجماتُ المضمَّنةُ فيها فهي باقيةٌ على حقوق أصحابها، ولا تدَّعي الخزانةُ عليها شيئاً. والمنتفعُ مسؤولٌ وحده عن التثبُّت من أنّ انتفاعَه لا يتعدَّى ما يُجيزه القانون. وتُتاح ملفَّاتُ النصوص للانتفاع البحثيّ والتعليميّ دون التجاريّ.
